WKLB Country 102.5, WBQT FM Hot 96.9, WROR Classic Hits, WMJX Magic 106.7 and WBOS ALT 92.9. We build customized marketing programs for clients of all sizes and answer a variety of marketing needs. At my finger tips I have access to radio, digital, concerts, email and social marketing and family events. I have developed strategic partnerships with additional media outlets throughout New England and am able to execute local, regional and national programs.
Working with the whole sales team, my primary responsibility was New Business Development. I was charged with hiring and training a new team of young marketers to develop new business for WZLX. I built the team and exceeded expectations, generating hundreds of thousands of new revenue each month.
A unique position of working on two different teams. Each station had different, yet complimenting demographics. My responsibility was to grow mature clients to next level spending while identifying new business and natural combo opportunities to maximize share of business for Entercom.
Managed two heritage radio stations in Clear Channels New England Region. These stations delivered the largest profit to the region. I managed a very senior sales staff and hired new talent to deliver consistent growth. I developed new programs for local clients, to reenergize and grow revenue. I managed a regional program, developed by my team to successfully place business across dozens of Clear Channel stations.
Managed and developed a top sales team for Clear Channel Hartford. Working closely with the sales team, we exceeded goals and set records for the station. Developed successful events that produced revenue on year one and became an annual event and revenue maker. Created successful market partnerships to increase revenue for the station and clients. Coaching such high level talent was a challenge and joy. Many members of the team have gone on to manage at other stations and markets.
I was promoted to local sales manager from within my own sales team. I was recognized for my problem solving, leadership and creative idea skills. I had the privilege to manage a very senior sales staff during a challenging time of multiple ownerships changes, mergers and staff changes. Through all the change we continued to out perform the market and maintained #1power ratio status.
Worked a three state territory for a 50,000 watt Classic Rock station. I built lasting relationships and developed business that had never been on WWRX. Working with businesses of all sizes: local and regional. As a part of a very senior sales staff, I climbed from the #8 seller to the #3 seller and became an opinion and revenue leader on the team.
